We have a special color. Can you match it?
Several of our customers ask for specific color options. You can either send us a color chip or specify a PMS number to match. Usually, there are no additional costs for a special color match, but we will CONFIRM this with you before printing.
For our FastShip signs, no extra charges for full color printing of your custom signs. In majority cases, then, we could match your PMS color with a combination of the four process colors.

What is the ‘Matched Component System’ from 3M? Why is this so significant?
For best and long lasting results, it is vital to use quality products, especially the ones that complement each other. The matched system approach matters considerably as the inks and film are meant to work mutually. Both are extensively tested together in order to provide you with the optimum warranty. While using an unmatched or different company’s ink, there is always a red flag of ‘finger pointing’ in any case of failure. Using complementary elements extends the life cycle of the sign. It is only imperative to use the best possible ingredients available to make sure your sign lasts long, considering the recurring cost of ink if opted otherwise.

What grade of aluminum is used to make your custom metal signs?
Unlike the usual hierarchial systems which rank on basis of superiority, aluminum grades comprise of different types of aluminum. These distinctive types carry specific characteristics suiting different applications and requirements. Our custom metal signs are made from tough quality aluminum which does not bend easily and are resilient.
To ensure that all quality standards are met and only the best signs reach you, all aluminum is processed in-house. They are then leveled, treated, cut, punched and radiused into custom metal signs at our 65,000 sq foot production facility. At large, we offer aluminum signs in two alloys – 3105-H191 and 5052-H38. Both alloys are very similar in yield and tinsel strength, physically. However, 5052 has lesser recycled alloy content than 3105.
We also carry aluminum signs with varied thickness (multiple gauges) that include 0.040, 0.063, 0.080, 0.100 and 0.125
